Before your event is confirmed, we ask that you:

• Complete and sign the required agreement(s) 
• Submit your deposit to secure your date

Your event date is not secured until:

✔ All required documents are reviewed and signed
✔ Deposit has been received

Once completed, your booking will be officially confirmed.
