Gather & Grow Residential Services provides event planning, event rentals, and related services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

• A deposit is required to secure all bookings 
• Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received 
• Remaining balances must be paid prior to or on the day of service 
• Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation of services

All pricing is subject to change without notice. However, once a booking is confirmed, the agreed-upon pricing will be honored.

Additional fees may apply for:

• Extended rental time 
• Travel outside service area 
• Special requests or custom setups

All payments are non-refundable.

Deposits may be applied toward a future booking based on availability and in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete event details 
• Ensure a safe, accessible setup environment 
• Follow all guidelines outlined in service agreements and policies 

Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact service delivery.

Delivery, setup, and takedown services are subject to availability and site conditions. Clients must ensure proper access, space, and power availability.

Additional fees may apply for delays, restricted access, or extended setup requirements.

All rental equipment remains the property of Gather & Grow Residential Services.

Clients are responsible for:

• Proper use of equipment 
• Preventing damage, loss, or theft 
• Returning items in acceptable condition 

Additional charges may apply for damage, excessive cleaning, or missing items.Additional fees may apply for delays, restricted access, or extended setup requirements.

Outdoor events are weather-dependent. We reserve the right to delay, modify, or reschedule services due to unsafe conditions.

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by:

• Weather conditions 
• Acts of nature 
• Events beyond our control

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gather & Grow Residential Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use of our services or equipment 
• Event disruptions 
• External factors beyond our control
